Easter 2009

I hope everyone had a good Easter!! I didn't go egg hunting the day before Easter because it was sprinkling on/off. Although I did participate in the egg hunt at school.


My school wanted each of us to bring six eggs in. Mommy made me put the egg chocolates in my eggs.

After church on Easter, we went to La Salsa and my parents bought a hamburger Happy Meal from McDonald's for me.

We spent the rest of Easter Day in our backyard. Here's me helping daddy scoop up some manure and use it as fertilizer for our grapefruit plant.

Our neighbor has a whole farm of animals! One of the goats gave birth to 12 (around this number) baby goats!

Our neighbor also has llamas. The black llama on the right side is Elvis. Elvis has to be fenced off from the other llamas because he's the only male llama! He has three girlfriend llamas.

We finished planting our grapefruit tree on Easter Day. IT'S ABOUT TIME!!! This made mommy very happy.

Here's me taking a snack break from working hard at planting our grapefruit tree. I snacked on fig newtons and drank diluted Gatorade fruit punch.

It was tough trying to manage and teach daddy on this tree-planting project with a mouthful of fig newtons.

Here's my "I dunno" expression. BTW, the camera made me look round and chubby in this picture. I'm actually really tiny. My weight percentile is on the lower end for my age group.

I FOUND REAL EGGS IN OUR BACKYARD ON EASTER DAY!!!! Daddy said that these are dove eggs.

Dinner time!!! Yummy garlic bread :-)
